I can't remember exactly how I got into making my own popsicles, but I fell fast and hard for making fancy popsicles a few years ago. This book helped me get started, and I still use several of these recipes. When my son hears the ice cream truck, he asks me if we have popsicles in the freezer because he prefers them over what the ice cream man sells. I love them, too.Product details

Ice Pops Recipes for Fresh and Flavorful Frozen Treats edition by Shelly Kaldunski Lauren Burke Cookbooks Food Wine eBooks Reviews
Wonderful recipes, already made most of them and they are delicious, my family and friends love them. Recommend to all buyers who are interested in making ice pops.
Nice book -- good recipes to go along with the ice pop molds.
I like the book, and as I bought it 2nd hand, certainly will get my money's worth....but if you are looking for only kiddie pops - not so much. As it has both, it works for me, and is pretty enough to leave on the counter!
I recently bought a TON of ice pop molds to make homemade pops for my son (and for my husband and me) after getting fed up with all of the artificial colorants and HFCS in store bought pops. My son is 8 and likes a wide variety of foods for a kid his age. We've tried 5 of the pops so far and he's loved them all, even the cucumber lime mint pop. My personal favorite is the chai tea pop! Love this book.
This is a very nice book of recipes for all kinds of pops. Recipes that you can use as is or use for ideas and adjust with ingredients you like or have on hand. Beautiful pictures. Ideas of different containers besides standard ice pop makers. Best thing is it is on my tablet and I can prop it up on the kitchen counter. So convenient. I am new to the whole thing so this is very exciting.
I got a lot of great ideas from "Ice Pops." I found that even the recipes that didn't work for me as is (e.g. I don't like soy milk) could be modified for different ingredients without changing the flavors. I even combined a couple recipes for different flavor profiles. I made a bunch for my Memorial Day picnic and they were a hit!
I am so glad I bought this book--what luscious recipes! The directions are easy to follow and it just makes great popsicles! The book is well written, has lovely color pictures for most recipes, and has about 41 different ways to make a popsicle or an icecream bar. I love the book--can't wait to try the chocolate banana one!
